Safcare reserves the right to cancel courses if there is a circumstance that warrants such action. (The managment will attempt to notify participants via the information you have provided in the website database. So that means that it is your resposibility to keep it up to date)

Safcare has a minimum number of participants’ policy. And due to the increasing costs of coordinating courses with instructor coverage and students not showing up, Safcare management has started a

no refund policy. (We only allow rescheduling under certain circumstances and only with prior email notification to  or 888-500-7787):

The following will be the payment schedule required: 

  • Stipulation/Rules                   Courses > $100.00   $101.00-$250.00   $251-$500                            
  • Within 60 days of your

  • Greater than 61 days
    • up to 180 days                      $25.00                  $75.00               $150.00
  • Greater than 181 days                      $45.00                  $95.00               $200.00

Safcare also have a policy for NSF Check Returns of a $40.00 Fee Plus any related collection fees.

Safcare reserves the right to change the pricing of training materials as the market changes and avialablity of materials. Also any rushed orders will incure addtional shipping charges.

Safcare policy states that if you want a course offered at another time than listed bellow you must have 6 or more persons take a course or a Minimum fee will be charged. the minimum fee is equal to the minimum number of students times the per person price. Safcare administration needs to be contacted a week prior to a scheduled course date, with the number of expected participants.
